Stronger Growth in Reading

Third graders who read at grade level are 3 times more likely to go to college. Growth in 3rd grade reading STAAR scores at participating schools reflects a positive trend.

Stronger School Performance

Participating schools are outperforming their peers. They earned an average accountability grade of 87%, compared to the Dallas ISD average of 81%.

Highly Rated Schools

33% of participating schools earned an A rating, compared to 21% district-wide and 18% statewide.
