As Office Manager, Raeann Cain manages office operations and conference needs. Her role has also grown to include Salesforce administration, Google Workspace administration, IT vendor management, hardware provisioning, and oversight of multiple operating budgets. Raeann joins us from Collin College, where she assisted students, faculty, and staff working within the Disabilities, Counseling, and Dean of Students departments at the McKinney campus. She also previously worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Virtual Assistant for a technology startup and was the Executive Director of the Murphy Chamber of Commerce.

A lifelong learner, Raeann pursued her education across multiple institutions in Texas, attending Richland College before graduating from Collin College with an Associate of Science degree. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Woman’s University, with concentrations in Computer Science, Business, and Psychology — a foundation that continues to shape her multidisciplinary approach to solving business and technology challenges. Building on her growing Salesforce administration experience, Raeann is continuing to develop her skills in business analysis as she looks toward a long-term career in Salesforce administration and implementation.

She joined U2L because she believes in our mission and how partnerships with schools and the community help change beliefs and improve lives. Raeann enjoys spending time with her family, loves to read, listen to music, watch movies, experiment with new recipes, and archive photos to create videos and projects.
