As Program Manager, Natalie Gomez supports the implementation and effectiveness of programs delivered across our partner schools. Natalie works closely with our Literacy pillar, managing our tutoring programs.
Natalie grew up in New York and earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Rochester. Throughout her career, she developed a strong commitment to fostering academic growth and collaboration. With a Master’s degree in Education specializing in English as a Second Language from SMU and a background in health policy, Natalie brings a multidisciplinary perspective to teaching and leadership. Her professional journey has equipped her with skills in bilingual education, instructional coaching, professional development, and curriculum implementation to support teachers and students alike.
Throughout her career, Natalie has embraced opportunities to lead initiatives that enhance educational practices and build supportive learning environments. Most recently she served as a Math Demonstration Teacher at Dallas ISD, where she focused on high-quality instruction, teacher development, and operational efficiency. Natalie has also worked as an Instructional Specialist for Early Learning and Reading Interventionist, providing coaching and resources to help teachers create impactful classroom experiences. Whether coaching educators, managing campus initiatives, or designing educational programs, she strives to foster collaboration and drive positive change in the education system.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her two dogs, taking fitness classes, trying new restaurants, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
