Natalia Garcia

Program Coordinator

As Learning Environments Program Coordinator, Natalia Garcia supports the implementation and effectiveness of programs across United to Learn’s partner schools, ensuring that every campus she serves becomes a place where students, families, and educators can truly thrive.

Natalia brings over ten years of experience in education to her work at United to Learn. Most recently, she served as Senior Family Engagement Coordinator at Uplift Education, where she was the primary bridge between campus leadership, families, and community partners. In that role, she planned and executed large-scale school and community events, cultivated meaningful relationships with families, and worked to build the trust and connection between schools and the communities they serve.

Growing up within the Dallas-area public school system, Natalia experienced firsthand how much the environment around a child shapes who they become. She believes that education is not just what happens inside the classroom; it is the culture, the community, and the sense of belonging that surrounds a student every single day. That belief is what drives her commitment to creating aspirational learning environments where every child has access to the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys staying active through indoor cycling, unwinding with a good binge-worthy show, and spending time with her cats.
