As a member of the School Culture and Well-being Team, Joneisha supports initiatives such as Workplace Wellness Experiences, Salesforce data management, campus professional development, and other programmatic inputs.

She graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology, earned an M.S. in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and went on to complete an additional M.S. in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College London. With over five years of experience as an educator and mental health professional, Joneisha brings a strong background in program management, training and development, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has built meaningful relationships with children and adults, developed SEL resources and programming, managed testing compliance and regulations, and led professional development. She is eager to build purposeful partnerships that enhance school culture across all of United to Learn’s partner schools.

In her free time, Joneisha enjoys spending time with family, her two dogs, and travelling to different countries.
