As Executive Office Coordinator, Hayley Seibert is responsible for providing daily support to the executive team by managing calendars, supporting strategic projects, coordinating meeting logistics for the Board of Directors and Advisory Council, and maintaining a streamlined executive office system.

Hayley’s most recent professional role was the Expanded Learning Coordinator at The Children’s Home Society of Florida in Tallahassee, FL. As coordinator, Hayley served as the primary liaison between students, staff, families, the Children’s Home Society of Florida, and organizations in Tallahassee to advance after-school program collaboration and implementation. Her time as the Expanded Learning Coordinator gave Hayley daily inspiration from the students, faculty, families, and partners she had the privilege of serving before relocating to Dallas.

Hayley’s professional goals have always been to leverage community relationships, coordination, and her communication skills to impact young learners.

Hayley is a proud graduate of Florida State University and enjoys cheering on her alma mater during football, baseball, and soccer season. In her free time, Hayley enjoys outdoor runs, pilates, playing pickleball with her friends, and serving her church.
