As the Regional Campus Manager for United to Learn, Fabiola Martinez bridges the organization’s programs with partnered Dallas ISD elementary schools, ensuring campuses receive tailored support to achieve their goals. Through regular campus visits, she collaborates closely with principals and administrative teams to discuss progress, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for growth.

Fabiola brings an extensive educational background. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Education from Texas State University and a Master’s in Urban School Leadership from Southern Methodist University. Her career began as an elementary dual-language teacher in Austin ISD, where she was recognized as Teacher of the Year for her campus. But, driven by her deep-rooted commitment to giving back to the community where she grew up attending, she later returned to Dallas to serve as a dual-language teacher and Assistant Principal in Dallas ISD.

Fabiola firmly believes that when children are provided with joyful learning environments and meaningful opportunities, they can achieve greatness. Her personal motto “Adelante” has influenced her career as an educator by inspiring her to continuously push forward, both for her own growth and for the success of her students. As “Adelante” means “let’s move ahead,” it reflects a mindset of progress and perseverance, no matter the obstacles.

In her free time, Fabiola enjoys being outdoors, reading books, taking yoga classes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
