As Director of Analytics and Insights, Cadie Allen works closely with all members of the United to Learn organization and leads data analytics organization-wide from the Executive Office with job priorities including developing a data reporting strategy, integrating program-level metrics with organizational KPIs to ascertain impact on student outcomes, and establishing a data decision-making mindset.
Cadie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southwestern University, a Masters in Public Administration from The Ohio State University, and is a current student at UT Arlington for her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy. She has worked as a college and career advisor for high school students in San Antonio and as a program administrator in the Office of Career-Technical Education at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, working closely with school districts across the state. She most recently worked with Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas, building agency relationships and reporting on their impact.
Cadie is passionate about creating equitable access within education and ensuring students are prepared for future education and careers. In her free time, Cadie can be found reading, cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes, or spending time with her two doodles, Scarlet and Faith.
