Brittney Howell 


Regional Campus Manager

As Regional Campus Manager, Brittney Howell advances United to Learn’s mission by deepening relationships and knowledge of school communities to increase our responsiveness and effectiveness in the management of a regional portfolio of up to 30 schools within the United to Learn city-wide network.

Brittney Howell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas. She is currently working on her Master’s degree. Brittney has over 12 years of experience as an educator, specializing in Elementary Education, particularly in reading literacy and dyslexia. Her passion lies in empowering students by strengthening their literacy skills while fostering positive relationships and boosting their confidence.

Brittney’s guiding principle in education is “Connect before you Correct,” emphasizing the importance of building strong connections among students and the community while maintaining a positive attitude. She has previous experience in providing research-based literacy curriculum training, implementing proven classroom practices that accelerate student growth in reading, and offering effective reading interventions. Most recently, she served in the role of Lead Reading Interventionist with Dallas ISD, providing coaching and data analysis training to support the interpretation of statewide reading scores. Brittney is dedicated to empowering all students and staff with purposeful resources that further student growth.

Brittney firmly believes that it is an educator’s duty to serve students and recognizes the potential for success in every student when provided with the means and opportunities. She is enthusiastic about her role at United to Learn, where she aims to build new relationships and support the organization’s mission while continuing to serve the students of Dallas ISD.
