As Program Manager of Community Activation, Amon Murray leads United to Learn’s Teen Corps program.

Amon brings more than 10 years of experience in Texas public schools to the organization. With a career rooted in implementing MTSS, 504, and data-driven student support systems, Amon works to bridge direct campus experience with United to Learn’s community-centered mission. In this role, he designs leadership and service-learning experiences that connect Dallas high school students to the successes and challenges of United to Learn partner campuses, ensuring community volunteers are informed, empathetic, and effective partners in student success.

Amon has served in a range of school-based roles, including Special Education Teacher and Program Coordinator, gaining a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities and needs of educators and school communities. This on-the-ground experience informs his approach to expanding the circle of support around students and strengthening partnerships across United to Learn’s network.

Amon is passionate about developing the next generation of advocates for public education and believes that strong schools are built through meaningful relationships between campuses and their communities.
