United to Learn Welcomes 26 New Schools to Our Network!

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our United to Learn family with “Team ’26” – 26 new Dallas ISD elementary schools joining our network for the 2025-2026 school year! This grows our work alongside Dallas ISD from 103 campuses to 129 under championed elementary schools, representing four-fifths of all Dallas ISD elementary schools.

The Power of Team ’26

Team ’26 represents:

  • 12,000 students across 5 feeder patterns
  • 26 schools joining our U2L community
  • 900 dedicated educators ready to partner with United to Learn
  • 5 distinct feeder patterns: Adamson, Sunset, Adams, Wilson, and Kimball

With this expansion, United to Learn will now support over 63,600 students across Dallas ISD – a student population more than twice the size of the region’s next largest school district!

Dallas ISD  follows a “Vertical Team” approach, where students move together from elementary to middle to high school in established feeder patterns. As you explore our new school communities below, you’ll see how they fit within this educational pathway.

Why This Growth Matters

Our expansion to 129 schools represents a deepening commitment to educational equity across Dallas. The students we serve reflect the vibrant diversity of our city:

  • 94% students of color (72% Hispanic, 18% Black, 8% Anglo/Other)
  • 87% qualify for free or reduced lunch (16% higher than the county average)
  • 51% English Language Learners (1.6x higher than county average)

Building on Our Success

This expansion builds on last year’s “Team ’25” momentum. Together, we form a powerful network of educators, students, community partners, and volunteers all united by a shared vision: ensuring every Dallas student can read and thrive. The first year of the partnership is designed to build a deeper relationship for the future. Offerings include: 

  • U2L Book Bash (a free book fair to build at-home libraries)
  • Learning Launch Campus Lift Off (a culture builder to jump start the year like DJs, taco trucks, and balloon arches)
  • Staff appreciation meals (two per year)
  • U2L Liaison (campus support partner)
  • Access to Sprinkles of SEL podcast
  • Principal mixer
  • Principal appreciation
