Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Campus Leadership
Every United to Learn Network School receives a core set of guaranteed supports. Additional supports may be available through specialized initiatives or application-based opportunities. Each year, we work alongside Dallas ISD to align our programming with district priorities, campus needs, program goals, and available philanthropic and program funding so we can make the greatest possible impact across our network.
In the 2026-27 school year, every United to Learn Network School receives Full-Network Supports, including Learning Launch classroom resources, Staff Appreciation opportunities, Monthly Principal Communications, and dedicated support from the United to Learn Programs Team.
Some Network Schools also participate in ADSY Supports, which provide additional supports as part of the Additional Days School Year (ADSY) initiative. These schools receive programming such as Learning Launch Lift-Offs, Community Campus Day, and Workplace Wellness Experiences.
Application-Based Opportunities are available to all United to Learn Network Schools year-round. These opportunities—including programs such as Dream Big!, Book Bash, Aspiring Teacher Tutors, Lee Nagel Teacher Grants, and Workplace Wellness Experiences—have specific application windows, eligibility requirements, and timelines. Details are shared through the Monthly Principal Communication and the School Resource Hub.
The FY27 Partnership Planning Form is the first step in planning your school's partnership with United to Learn each year. It helps us understand your campus priorities, confirm key contacts, and identify the supports and opportunities that best align with your goals.
Information submitted through the form allows our team to coordinate programming, plan resources, and communicate important opportunities throughout the school year. Completing the form by the deadline also helps ensure your campus remains eligible for available supports and application-based opportunities.
Application-based opportunities open at various times throughout the school year. When applications become available, we'll share eligibility requirements, timelines, and next steps through the Monthly Principal Communication and the School Resource Hub.
Each opportunity has its own purpose, timeline, and eligibility requirements. While all eligible Network Schools are encouraged to apply, some opportunities have limited capacity. Applications are reviewed based on each program's goals, alignment with district priorities and campus needs, eligibility requirements, and available philanthropic and program funding.
Whenever possible, we encourage campuses to submit the FY27 Partnership Planning Form and program applications by the published deadlines. Timely submissions help us coordinate staffing, secure resources, and plan programming for the school year.
Because many opportunities have specific timelines, limited capacity, or dedicated funding, late submissions may affect your campus's eligibility or ability to participate. If you anticipate missing a deadline, please contact your United to Learn primary contact as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee accommodations, we'll work with you to identify any available options.
Principals and School Leaders at U2L Network campuses should receive United to Learn communications. We encourage each campus to designate one or more additional staff members to receive United to Learn communications as well. Many schools include assistant principals, instructional coaches, office managers, or other staff members who help coordinate campus programming. Additional contacts can be updated through the Partnership Planning Form or at any time by using the link in the School Resource Hub.

- Mariah Eleazar, Programs Director – If your campus is not assigned a Liaison or Regional Campus Manager, Mariah serves as your primary contact and can connect you with the appropriate resources and support.
Notifications regarding United to Learn Liaisons and Regional Campus Managers are sent in August. If you're unsure who your primary contact is, please email [email protected], and we'll be happy to help.
