Family & Educator Needs List

United to Learn is suppling educators, students and families with essential needs to ensure that learning continues even in the midst of COVID-19.  Below are the resource needs that exist across our partner elementary campuses.

Art Supply Resource Drive

United to Learn is currently accepting donated supplies for our elementary school partners who have been impacted by COVID-19. Please purchase one of each item for a complete art kit via the Amazon wish list linked below.  If you have any questions, please email Mia Muric at

Book Donations

Families are in need of children’s books tailored for Pre-K through 5th-grade readers. United to Learn is collecting gently-used books for students, which will be distributed at schools with other learning materials. Please drop off your book donations at our office 5310 Harvest Hill Road, suite 190, Dallas, TX 75230. Please email Carissa at to coordinate your delivery date and time.

Educator Wellness Initiatives

United to Learn is coordinating weekly Educator Wellness Initiatives to display our gratitude to the extraordinary educators who are working around the clock to ensure that students and families have the social and emotional support needed during these challenging times. These initiatives include:
  • Sending weekly wellness strategies to help educators prioritize their own mental health and connect with the emotional and physical needs of their students and families.
  • Providing individual educators and campuses with opportunities to opt into tailored mindfulness and yoga sessions designed to increase connection and wellbeing.
  • Providing monthly wellness gifts for school leaders to promote work-life balance during a time when finding this balance is especially challenging.
  • Providing SEL tips to families on flyers that are distributed with meals.
